Recipe: Heart Healthy Blueberry Avocado smoothie

Ingredients:

Heart Healthy Blueberry Avocado

1 cup Blueberries
¼ Avocado
2 tablespoons Lime Juice
1 tablespoon SuperFood SuperGreens
1 tablespoon Honey
1 cup Coconut Water
1 handful Ice Cubes

Instructions

Add all solid ingredients to the Tall Cup. Fill to the Max Line with liquids and blend until smooth, approximately 30 seconds. Add half a cup of Greek yoghurt for an extra boost of protein.
